FAQ
We price by size tier — Small bags cost less, Regular covers cabin bags and backpacks, and Odd-Size is for checked luggage, sports gear and bulky items. Anything you cannot carry alone, message us first.
Small: handbags, day packs and soft totes that fit under a seat. Regular: cabin suitcases (roughly 55×40×23 cm), backpacks and medium duffels. Odd-Size: checked suitcases, ski bags, bike cases and anything bulky. When in doubt, book Regular or message us with a photo.
Yes. Every bag is tagged to your booking, checked in and out by staff, and watched under CCTV. Protection up to €500 per bag is included against loss, theft or damage while in our care. Keep passports, wallets and small day-essentials with you — as you would on any city day out.
Monday–Friday 08:00–13:00 and 16:30–21:00. Saturday 08:00–16:00. Sunday closed. Drop-off and pick-up must both fall inside these hours on the dates you book.
Come back any time before closing on your pick-up day. If you need longer, extend the booking from your account and pay for the extra days at the same rate.
Yes — free of charge until one hour before your drop-off time. Cancel from your bookings page. Card payments are refunded to the original card; cash reservations simply release the slot.
Your QR code or 6-digit PIN, and the same code again when you collect. We hand bags only to the person with the code.
Either works. Pay by card online when you book, or reserve online and pay cash when you drop off your bags. Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see your card details.
Card online locks in your slot instantly and skips the queue at drop-off. Cash at the counter suits travellers who prefer to pay on arrival — reserve online first so we hold capacity for you. Same price either way.
