Is There a Size Limit per Bag?
We price by size tier — Small bags cost less, Regular covers cabin bags and backpacks, and Odd-Size is for checked luggage, sports gear and bulky items. Anything you cannot carry alone, message us first.
Are My Belongings Protected?
Every booking includes luggage protection up to €500 per bag against loss or damage while stored. Cash, jewellery and electronics above that value are excluded.
What If I Am Late for Pick-Up?
Come back any time before closing on your pick-up day. If you need longer, extend the booking from your account and pay for the extra days at the same rate.
Can I Cancel?
Yes — free of charge until one hour before your drop-off time. Cancel from your bookings page and the payment is refunded to the original card.
What Do I Need at the Counter?
Your QR code or 6-digit PIN, and the same code again when you collect. We hand bags only to the person with the code.
Do I Pay Online or at the Counter?
Online, when you book. Card payments are handled by Stripe and we never see your card details.
